The article is about upcoming films, and the soon-to-be released film "Next to You" (now retitled "Drive Me Crazy").

Included is the following mini-synopsis:

Party girl Melissa Joan Hart (Sabrina, the Teenage Witch) couldn't care less about the brooding guy next door (Adrian Grenier), until forces of nature bring them together.

The accompanying pic shows Mel in a periwinkle blue long-sleeve sweater, with long blonde hair pulled straight back from her forehead (an unusual style for Mel, IMHO). I'm sure that, in person, the color of her sweater would really set off her pretty eyes.
